From Highway 395 south in Bridgeport, turn left and travel approximately 11 miles on Twin Lakes Road. Staff was friendly and helpful, but when we went to do laundry, he informed us that the dryers don't work. Stockade Lake North Campground is adjacent, but not accessible to Stockade Lake. Site 43 was big enough for a large bell tent and 8 man tent plus 2 trucks, and there was nothing better than waking up to the sound of rushing water. Proper safe food storage is recommended.
